Return Policy:

All return, exchange, or refund requests must be authorized by our customer service team before processing. Please contact us at:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be advised that only items purchased directly from Pickleball Apes can be returned or exchanged. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to initiate the return or exchange process.

 

Note: Damaged paddles will not be accepted:

Damaged paddles are defined as those with:

  • Removed stock grips.
  • Stained or odorous stock grips.
  • Scuffed, cracked, or blemished edgeguards.
  • Scratches, dents, or imperfections on the paddle surface.
  • Any signs of excessive use deemed 'damaged' by Pickleball Apes.

Pickleball Apes reserves the right to refuse return requests at its discretion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additional shipping charges and processing fee will apply if the return or exchange is not due to a mistake or defect on our part.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy:

At Pickleball Apes, we strive to offer the highest quality pickleball paddles. Our paddles come with a Limited 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects, ensuring you receive a product that meets our high standards.


Warranty Coverage:

  • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers manufacturer defects only.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claim should be started here.
  • Pickleball Apes reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered by the warranty and if it should be replaced.
  • The warranty does not cover replacement paddles.
  • If approved, a replacement paddle will be issued within 2-3 business days.


What is Not Covered by the Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification.
  • Natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use.
  • Use of the paddle in temperatures below 40°F.
  • Damage from hitting objects other than a pickleball (e.g., ground, other paddles, net posts).
  • Purchases from non-authorized dealers.
  • Non-original purchasers.
